Just Being Me
Here are just a few close ups of me. I’m still growing and learning new things, like chewing on my toys.

This year we celebrated Christmas Eve on the day after Christmas. We were really lucky to even make it to Oregon since Portland had more snow than it could handle. Back home it would have only taken a few hours to clean up, but it took days in Portland and also some rain to help those 55 plows catch up! Here are a few pictures of Thomas meeting the Heinze side of the family. Thank you Uncle Greg, for letting us borrow some great pictures!

the guesses:
actual: 22 pounds 2 ounces (22.125 pounds)
Today we weighed Thomas on the way to the shower: 20.7 pounds (258.5 – 238.7)
Other metrics:
Now that I have my own chair, I can let Mommy and Daddy have a chance to eat dinner. Meanwhile I can provide some dinnertime entertainment by talking to Monkey!
Well Thomas certainly enjoys having books read to him. We’re starting to get quite a collection.
We’ve compiled a list of our children’s books over at LibraryThing.
I can’t believe it’s three months, already. Happy Birthday to Cousin “Auntie” Jaime who is having adventures in Germany. Check out my other yellow chair pictures.
New diaper pics are up. Compare to the past diaper pics. Wow! Still growing.
Wow, it’s going to be my first Christmas. Everyone is helping me get into the spirit!
I just got a new pair of pajamas and they fit perfectly with a little room for growing. Here I am in Daddy’s lap getting ready for bed. I look a bit sleepy.
the guesses:
the result: 17.8 pounds.
Note: we didn’t actually get a weight at the doctor’s office. He was just wisked away to get two shots. One was very painful, but we think it will be much better than getting a form of Meningitis. So we weighed him on the bathroom scale: 254.6 – 236.8
I get to sit in Great-Aunt Tanny’s lap. I’m bigger than her cats, but my hair is soft and I’m super-snuggly.
I get to sit in Great-Grandma’s lap again. I meet Great-Uncle Dan & Great-Aunt Joyce. I like to stare at the happy face that Aunt Joyce drew on a paper plate.
